Being raised in a family of architects I was introduced to architecture, art, and design in my childhood. That gave me good intimacy, a better understanding, and broader background in the field of design. During my studies at Pace University and Northern Michigan University, I have shown the imagination, originality, and flair that is required of a person who wishes to be successful in the field of human-centered design. As a swimming athlete, I learned to plan very well ahead and developed a practical and adaptable approach in my human-centered design curriculum & sports training, and competitions. I am very observant and have many creative qualities. I am always looking to do something different that is interesting and stimulating for design students or that has the potential to contribute to the improvement of the world. I always design from my understanding of the underlying issues that customers want to address or from the desired functionality and aesthetics that customers want to achieve.
In my work I use many different mediums, such as Pink foam, clay, metal, cardboard, and wood for my physical models. For my Design concepts i use Rhino, Keyshot and Adobe. For my app design I use Figma, Java and Python. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.
I do a lot of research into the subjects I want to design for and try to find a niche in that subject to concentrate on and improve. I enjoy hiking in my spare time and many of my pieces are indirectly influenced by these hikes in nature.
